Refund & Changes Policy

 

Due to incidents of changes with items due to customer-input errors, we submit to production within 48 hours with all warehouse items, we are taking steps to proceed with caution about exchanges, changes, and refunds. All clothing items with A22 Did It are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned to the vendor. We ask that you please refer to the sizing charts or ask us about sizing if you need help. However, clothing items are FINAL SALE items. We allow a 48-hour window to accommodate changes in sizes due to error selection, change of color, or address changes. Orders submitted after-hours (i.e. Friday-Sunday) are submitted Monday for production. 

 

All warehouse items are processed within a 48-hour production timeframe, including shorts and basketball jerseys. Customers need to read the FAQ sections diligently to understand the turnaround time for each item. Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all provided information. If a refund is requested after the submission of an order and it is still within the established turnaround timeframe—and particularly if updates regarding the item have been communicated—the request will be denied. Order cancellations must be made before the commencement of production.

 

Please be advised that failure to read the guidelines and to pay attention to updates posted on the A22 Did It page via social media will not be regarded as our responsibility considering they are on a weekly basis.

 

Customization items are final sales as well UNLESS you are trying to add something extra to your item. You will need to send the item back for additional customization when the page, assistants, or CEO provides the address of where the package needs to go. (This is excluding embroidery and sublimation items.)

Exchanges will have a $10.00 reshipment fee in addition to us having to send out your item again with a new shipping label.
