Our social media coordinator operates independently during the hours of Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for social media interactions. It is important to note that she does not handle inquiries regarding individual order statuses, which are to be addressed exclusively via email. Her primary responsibility is to post the Order Pulse alerts issued by our First in Command or CEO/Founder.
If you are inquiring for an order status update the Order # is a REQUIREMENT for all order status inquiries, there will not be any exceptions.
